Hannah Barefoot, comedic and dramatic film and stage actress and singer, was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming into a family of performers. Her lifelong dream of being an actress began as a child when she first saw Rita Hayworth as a nightclub performer in the 1944 film, 'Cover Girl'. Her parents, Joe and Anita Kellerby, fostered a love of the performing arts and encouraged Hannah to follow her dream through acting, singing, and dancing lessons. She went on to pursue a BFA in Theatre and Dance at the University of Wyoming, where she received an excellent education and incomparable experience. After her junior year, she met and married her husband, musician Andy Barefoot, and moved to Portland, Oregon. At this point, due to burnout and exhaustion, Hannah took a few years off to look at life from a different perspective, switched her major from theatre to visual art, and finished her degree at Portland State University in Drawing and Painting. She painted on evenings and weekends while working in banking, something she always knew was not ideal for a person meant to be a performer. In 2010, she had a son, Keller, and it was at that point that she realized she needed to get back into the one thing she really loved: performing.
